Impact Idler
Impact rollers are used and positioned corresponding to the load points, where the lumps and the weight of material falling onto the belt could damage. To limit the impact effect of the material onto the rollers, the latter are covered with a series of rubber rings of adequate thickness and resistance.
Centering Idler
Centering idler main function is to prevent and cure the conveyor belt deviation, to prevent the leakage of materials. Improve transport efficiency, supporting device to ensure safety, energy saving transportation indispensable.
Spiral Idler
Spiral idler is mainly used to clean up the debris adhered on the conveyor belt. 10-14 mm diameter spiral steel bar on the outer surface to increase the wear resistance of the roller and also it has centering function as spiral direction pointing to the center.
Heavy duty Idler
The idler is specially designed for large conveying capacity, heavy duty and high rotating speed. Unique design can meet capacities ranging from 9000-25000 t/h.
The structure and design ensure minimum radial runout, reduce shock, noise and energy consumption.
UHMWPE Idler
UHMWPE idler is widely used in extreme dusty, corrosive and harsh environment.
It enhances the belt’s life by offering low friction coefficient, slef-lubrication, anti-static, flame retardant and energy saving properties.
More working temperature -269 °С to +80 °С.
Stainless Steel Idler
Stainless steel idler mainly installed below the magnetic separator of belt conveyor used in underground operations or power plants eliminates problems caused by magnetic force. This idler also adopts to rainy, corrosive and rusty working environment.
Good resistance to acid and alkali corrosion.
Rubber Lagged Idler
The rubber of rubber casting idler which is directly vulcanized on steel tube’s surface has high elasticity, wear and corrosion resistance, water-proof and impact resistance. New rubber can be used once the old rubber wears out.
